Run for the One
Esthers Rising is thrilled to host our 3rd Annual 5K “Run for the One” in Rapid City. Enjoy an energizing 3.1 mile run from Founders Park to Sioux Park and back while supporting a good cause.
Date: Saturday, May 30th, 2025
Location: Founders Park, Rapid City
Hard Start Time: 9:00AM
**Please Note: If registering after May 15th, tshirt & medal are not guaranteed with registration.**
Check-in opens at 8:00 AM
Location: Founders Park – Covered pavilion by the volleyball courts
T-shirts & medals will be distributed at check-in
Race will begin at 9:00AM sharp
Please plan to arrive a little early to check in, pick up your shirt, and get ready for a great morning together!

2025 Recap
Despite the drizzly skies, our 2nd Annual “Run for the One” 5K was a tremendous success! We were thrilled to connect with nearly 65 wonderful supporters and share a morning filled with community, encouragement, and movement. The camaraderie was undeniable—and the rain couldn’t dampen the spirit of the day! Thank you to all who joined us for this awesome event!
